Our experience in Estate Planning and financial accounting allows us to provide the administrative services for a deceased estate.

This includes:

  • Identifying the assets for lawyers to apply for Probate or Letters of Administration in the case of an intestacy
  • Working with the estate’s lawyers advising them on accounting and taxation matters
  • Keeping the books and financial records of the estate and attending to the income tax planning and returns 
  • Calling in the assets of the estate, paying estate debts, preparing all income tax returns and distributing the estate to the beneficiaries according to the will
  • Preparing reports for and meetings with the estate executors about the progress of the estate
